Course Aims
Self-branding is no longer an option under this interconnected world. From executives to students, from corporates to startups, it is imperative for individuals to have a clear idea how they can position themselves, develop their personal brand for success. This 4-week course aims at raising students' awareness on personal branding, what they can do to take charge of their self-branding, and ultimately prepare them for the startup growth and future success.

Ms. Tracy Ho
Founder of Frame & Fame Ltd
Tracy is the founder of Frame & Fame Ltd, a start-up that helps entrepreneurs, business owners and executives to develop their personal brand and online presence. She is the prime driver for the business, delivering consulting, coaching and photography services to help clients build authority and boost sales. As a certified strengths coach, Tracy supports clients to build a strong personal brand based on their authentic self and innate talents. Prior to running her own start-up, Tracy spent over 12 years in communications industry servicing both private and public sectors. She was most recently the head of Singapore and account director of Ryan Communication, where she led a wide spectrum of clients ranging from global asset managers, fin-tech companies, private banks, M&A advisors to legal & professional services firms. She developed branding and communication strategy, formulated key messages, conducted spokespeople coaching, and managed media relationships for her clients in APAC. Tracy was also responsible for managing the team in Singapore, sourcing business opportunities and nurturing stakeholders relationships in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Before her leadership roles with Ryan Communication, Tracy was a communications consultant providing media training and messaging support to various bureaus and departments of the HKSAR Government. She started her career as a video journalist with Associated Press Television Network. Tracy has a huge passion on photography. She hosted her first photo exhibition in 2015 in Hong Kong showcasing images taken in 30 countries she visited before turning 30. She then turned her passion to a profession. In 2016, Tracy started a lifestyle photography business on the side, Trace Memories , to help people capture special life moments and transform them into lovely memory through portraits and candid images.
